Extreme Degree is built in real conditions, not in theory.
Before any product reaches the market it is tested by individuals who operate in extreme cold on a daily basis.

We call them Lab Rats.

Lab Rats are not influencers or ambassadors.
They are field testers. Professionals. People who push gear beyond comfort limits.

As a Lab Rat you will:

• Test new products before launch
• Provide direct performance feedback to our development team
• Gain early access to limited releases
• Receive exclusive member communication
• Influence the future of Extreme Degree

We are looking for individuals who work or operate in environments between minus ten and minus thirty degrees. Hunters, arctic workers, field operators and others who demand real performance.

This is not a loyalty program.
It is a selection.
